Most of our Torre del Mar work is in apartments — the seafront blocks along the Paseo Marítimo, the 1970s–90s buildings behind the promenade, and the newer developments towards Caleta. We do this every week, and we handle it without bothering your neighbours.

A large share of the flats in Torre del Mar are holiday homes or short-term rentals owned by people who live in the UK, Sweden, Germany or Madrid. We are used to working with a key held by an agent or a neighbour, sending photo updates on WhatsApp, and timing work between bookings. If your rental needs a refresh before the season, tell us the booking gaps and we will plan around them.
