How we work

Every reform starts with a free visit and a written quotation that itemises labour and materials, so you can see exactly where your budget goes. We ask for a 50% deposit to schedule the work and order materials; the balance is only due when the job is finished and you are happy. Unforeseen issues — and older Spanish properties do like to hide them — are always priced and agreed in writing before we carry on.

We are used to working for owners who are not in Spain full-time. Many of our clients in Nerja, Torrox and the villages of the Axarquia follow their reform through weekly photo updates on WhatsApp, and come back to a finished, cleaned property.
