The jobs we are asked for most are complete bathroom refits (often bath-to-walk-in-shower conversions), kitchen replacements, re-tiling of terraces and a general "make it look new again" refresh between seasons.

Planning around bookings

If your Nerja property is a holiday rental, the calendar decides everything. Tell us the gaps — typically November to February for larger jobs, or a two-week window in spring — and we quote with a start date and a finish date you can book around. We send photo updates as we go and coordinate with your key-holder or management company.

Frigiliana, Maro and the surrounding hills

From Nerja we also cover Maro, Frigiliana, Punta Lara, El Capistrano and the campo towards Torrox. Nerja is around 35 minutes from our base in Almayate, and there is no call-out charge.
