Properties in Torre del Mar, Almayate and along the coast take a beating from salt air and winter humidity. Painting over damp plaster only hides the problem for a season. We take the affected plaster back to the wall, treat the cause — rising damp, bridged render, failed pointing — and re-plaster with the right breathable materials so the repair lasts.

Plastering is messy work, but your home doesn't have to be. Floors and furniture are sheeted, rooms are sealed while we work, and we leave every space clean. Most single rooms are skimmed and ready for paint within two to three days.
